Full-Stack MERN Developer building fast, reliable web apps.
3+ years shipping SaaS platforms, dashboards, and real-time features with React, Node.js & MongoDB. Claude Code and Cursor are part of my workflow, not a replacement for it.

3+ years of building things that actually work.
I'm Ahmad — a full stack MERN developer, three years into this now. Started out doing frontend and API integration at Hashtag Web, moved into real estate accounting software at IES Marketing, and I'm currently leading SaaS builds at Hat Tech Media.
I've shipped 10+ production apps across SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech — most recently a self-hosted password manager with field-level encryption and a real security audit behind it. I use Claude Code and Cursor daily, but I still read and understand every line before it ships. If a bug makes it to production anyway, I'd rather find it before a client does.
Clean Architecture
I'd rather spend an extra hour now than leave a mess someone (usually me) has to untangle later.
Scalable by Design
I plan for the version of the app that has 10x the users, not just the demo.
AI-Accelerated Delivery
Claude Code and Cursor handle the boilerplate so I can spend my time on the parts that actually need a human brain.

Selected work.
Real products, real users, real problems solved.
Learn Sphere
A training platform built across four separate apps — course builder with chapters and quizzes, certificate PDFs that actually match what's on screen, and Stripe billing with trials and proration handled server-side.
Fragraze
A live perfume store for a real Pakistani brand — storefront, admin panel, and API as three separate apps, with OTP account verification, order history that doesn't break when products change later, and a Cloudinary media library.
PropertyLedger
Accounting software for a real estate resale business — tracks what's actually earned vs. still owed, who owes what to whom, and payroll. Built my own virtual scrolling for the big ledgers since nothing off-the-shelf handled it well.
E-Sign Desk
A self-hosted DocuSign alternative — four connected apps for dragging signature fields onto a PDF, routing it through multiple signers in order, and stamping the final document with pdf-lib. Stripe billing with double-checked payment confirmation.
Ecom Edge
A CMS where every page's HTML actually lives in MongoDB instead of the codebase. One catch-all Next.js route renders whatever's stored, so admins can edit copy, images, and SEO tags through TinyMCE without waiting on a deploy.
Lucky Draw System
A raffle app built for a live real estate expo — registration gated on actual payment proof, a genuinely random winner picked server-side behind a countdown for show, and printable invoices the client could hand out on the spot.
Cryptora
A self-hosted password manager with field-level AES-256-GCM encryption and session management that lets you see and kill any logged-in device instantly. Migrated the entire encryption scheme in production with zero downtime after a real security audit.
Labels Bank
A bulk shipping-label platform — upload a CSV, the server counts and prices it (not the browser, so no one can fudge the numbers), pay through Stripe, and an admin panel routes the job to someone who actually fulfills it.
IES Marketing
A lead-gen site for a real estate agency, live for over a year and a half now — 40+ property pages built for search, a blog, and lead capture wired straight into WhatsApp and Google Sheets. 256 commits of actual iteration, not a one-and-done build.
How I can help.
I can take a project from the first schema to the deployed app.
Full-Stack Web App Development
I take a project from an empty database to a working UI — schema, API, frontend, all of it.

Multi-tenant setups, role-based permissions, subscription billing — the stuff that makes a SaaS actually work at scale.
Learn moreAPI Design & Integration
REST APIs with proper JWT/OAuth auth, documented well enough that someone else can pick them up without asking me questions.

I use Claude Code and Cursor daily, but I still read every line before it ships. Faster, not sloppier.

Senior MERN Developer
Leading the SaaS side of things here right now. Most of my time goes into JWT auth, WebSocket features that hold up when traffic actually spikes, and the Stripe-based billing system running underneath it all.
MERN Stack Developer
Built the accounting software and CRM for a real estate company — invoicing, payroll, dashboards, the works. Property managers went from guessing off spreadsheets to actually seeing how their portfolio was performing.
MERN Stack Developer
My first real job. Spent most of it building e-commerce frontends and wiring up REST APIs for client projects — honestly where most of my habits as a developer came from, good and bad.
What clients say.
“Ahmad built Fragraze for us from scratch - storefront, admin panel, all of it. We needed local payment methods like JazzCash and Easypaisa working properly, not just tacked on, and he got that right from day one. Site's been live for a while now and it just runs.”

“We wanted a website where our team could update pages themselves without calling a developer every time, and that's exactly what Ahmad built with Ecom Edge. Took a bit to wrap our heads around the editor at first but now it's second nature. Been iterating on it with him for months and it keeps getting better.”

“Ahmad built our website and later PropertyLedger for us too, so this is the second project I've trusted him with. He actually gets the real estate side, not just the code - the accounting logic in PropertyLedger isn't something you can fake if you don't understand the business. Both are still running fine with zero maintenance headaches.”

“Ahmad's been with us for about a year and a half now as a senior developer. Reliable, doesn't need much hand-holding, and picks up new parts of the codebase fast. Good guy to have on the team honestly.”

“We're an MLM company and Ahmad is currently building our entire system - software, website, the works. It's still in progress but what's done so far has been solid, and he's been good about explaining the technical decisions in terms we actually understand. Will update this once we're fully live.”
