Real estate in Pakistan runs on trust and information. Buyers are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their life and want real detail on a dozen-plus specific housing developments before they'll even pick up the phone.
So the site goes deep — 40+ pages, each a mini investment guide covering a development's history, location, master plan, pricing, and payment plans, backed by a 20+ article blog written to actually rank for what buyers search.
This isn't a template site sitting untouched since launch. First commit was August 2024, it's still actively maintained, 256 commits in. Every lead-capture mechanism — popup, WhatsApp links, live chat, job applications — runs on third-party services instead of a custom backend.
